Shipping Information Accessorial charges may be assessed as per your requirements such as but not limited to: Liftgate delivery, residential delivery, inside delivery, limited access delivery and delivery appointment.

DKM Wine Packaging Inc. will make every attempt to ship all orders in the most cost-effective means available unless indicated otherwise by customer.  Once your order is shipped, we are not liable for any delays experienced in delivery which are attributed to the normal business practices of the commercial carrier.  Any additional or supplemental charges incurred in the process of delivering your order above basic freight door to door delivery remain the responsibility of the purchaser.  Additional supplemental charges for special delivery needs determined by you or the carrier are billed to the customer. If shipping charges fail to appear on original invoice, they will be billed at a later date.
